Cancellations and Refunds

• To cancel an accepted booking, you must inform us in writing, by email or web form.

• If you wish to cancel a session which you have booked onto no refund will be given.

• A booking can be transferred to another eligible person without charge, provided sufficient notification is given. This is usually one week before the session start date.

• If a session is cancelled due to reasons out of our control e.g. facility closure, bad weather, lack of numbers attending etc we may offer credit notes for future classes and courses, at the discretion of the Company.

• For the avoidance of doubt, no refund is permitted for a participant’s failure to attend the session.

• In all cases where we make any refund, we will process the refund as soon as possible and always within 30 days of notice of cancellation.

• We will usually issue a refund using the same method you used to pay.

Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of CW Football, depending on circumstances.

CW Football may need to amend activity programmes, schedules, services, dates, times on occasions or cancel sessions for reasons that may be out of our control. These changes will be communicated to all customers who have pre-booked and will have the option of full refunds or credit notes.
